I Shane Bratby lives in Doncaster with my two children Chloe, six, and  three-year-old Chanelle, who has cerebral palsy.

 As well i suffer from Friedreich's ataxia, an inherited neurological disorder that causes problems with coordination and gets worse over time. I have been confined to a wheelchair for several years,

 Because I'm disabled myself, I know how difficult it can be for elderly and disabled people to do daily activities , I like to think i have a special insight due to being disabled, i want to use my ability to help
